I have been meaning to write this letter since returning from your canine massage class on 8/16/2010, but as I am sure you know, time can sometimes escape us. I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful learning experience your class provided me. The experiences you shared, personal and professional, were both invaluable and inspirational. In addition, having a peer in the class (Emily Hacker) who also works with animals provided me with a different outlook on caring for dogs. While I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor and a more amicable peer, it was the dogs that stole my heart. Please give Abby, Dixie, Fez, The Chairman, and especially Hank a big hug from me.

Lastly, I want to thank you for accepting me. You did not judge when I said I wasn’t sure what I was going to do with this training. Nor did you ever make me feel “less than” because I was not in the animal field. Most importantly, when I left class after taking my examinations, I truly felt that I had earned that certificate.
