My journey in massage therapy began as a horse owner seeking help for my horse, a retired race horse with hind end issues.
That journey has now led to this program. I've drawn on my experience as both a therapist and a long time educator to develop this course of study.
My objective is not to churn out as many therapists as possible. That is why my class size is limited to 4 students per session. My goal is that those who choose and successfully complete this program are effective. Whether they choose to work for themselves or for others. And, that each time they place their hands on a horse, they make a difference in that animal's life. Competence and confidence.
As for my retired race horse… massage provided the help that I sought. She's 29 and going strong!
